Booking Form

When you submit your booking, we will send you an invoice for your deposit payment, as per the terms on the page of the tour you are booking. Your deposit payment is required to secure your booking.

Booking Process

  1. If you have any queries, please do contact us! We love to talk to prospective road trippers about what we do, and it's the easiest way to get any questions answered.

  2. Please check the webpage for the Road Trip you wish to book for the specific payment terms for that trip.

  3. Fill in the Booking Form, making sure that the details are correct, and check the box to say that you accept the terms and conditions (reading them if not already).

  4. Once you have filled out the booking form, you will hear from us shortly. We will send you an invoice for the deposit payment.

  5. Once we have received your deposit, we will acknowledge receipt and send you the main booking details form. We will use the information you give us to book the various aspects of your trip.

  6. We will be in regular contact from around 4 months before your road trip. If you have any queries at all at any time after booking, please do contact us - we are always happy to help!
