This was a favourite tour back in 2023 and, with a few tweaks and a new twist here and there, we're excited to run this tour again in 2025.
Switzerland has it all in terms of epic mountain roads and vistas, and we're going to take you along the best roads in the country, in addition to a night's stay in one of Europe's smallest and richest countries, Liechtenstein.
There'll be a two night stay in the beautiful Grindelwald valley where you'll have the opportunity to visit the Top Of Europe - the mighty Jungfraujoch.
Alpine villages, wonderful Swiss towns and more mountain drives than you can shake a stick at!! Join us in 2025.
Day To Day Breakdown
Day 1 - Koblenz
300 miles
The meeting point for the tour will be in the Rhine Valley near to Koblenz.We will be there to greet you, and we'll organise a meal for us all to get acquainted.
Day 2 - Black Forest
291 miles
Spectacular scenic drive along the Black Forest High Road (500) including a lunch break, and then onwards to our final destination, Friedrichshafen, on the northern shore of Lake Constance.
Day 3 - Liechtenstein
93 miles
We will spend the day touring the highlights of Leichtenstein including a chair-lift to Sareiserjoch at 2,000m elevation, Vaduz Castle and finishing off with time to wander in the capital, Vaduz.
Day 4
119 miles
We leave Liechtenstein and head for the Klausen Pass, where we enjoy the views at the top over lunch.
In the afternoon we will drive along the north coast of Lake Lucerne.
We'll finish the day in the wonderful town of Lucerne.
Day 5
40 miles
Low mileage but absolutely rammed with great driving roads today: San Gottardo Pass, Nufenenpass (highest paved pass in Switzerland, Furka Pass and the Grimsel Pass. We finish the day at our hotel in Grindalwald, ready for our non-driving day in the fabulous Lauterbrunnen Valley.
Day 6
A day in the fabulous Lauterbrunnen valley. Take cable cars and funiculars to the Top Of Europe, take part in a range of adrenaline sports, enjoy a stroll or head down to the nearby town of Interlaken, sandwiched between two stunning lakes.
Day 7
230 miles
An awesome drive out of Switzerland and into rural France. We'll finish the day in Northern France within spitting distance of the channel, enjoying a meal and a drink in our last hotel.
Day 8
250 miles
After breakfast we'll say our farewells and make our way back to our channel crossings.
